Furry Connection North 2009 Wrapup

The entire staff would like to thank everyone for making Furry Connection North 2009 a huge success! Special thanks go out to the Dorsai Irregulars for being our security this year, and to Tracy Butler for being a wonderful Guest of Honor.

Official Numbers:
Our final registration count was 727, nearly double our attendance from the previous year! The total number of fursuiters was 156, nearly 22% of all the attendees. Over the duration of the convention, the music from the dance broke 27 light bulbs and 6 light fixtures. Planning for next year has already begun, as we announnced our Guest of Honor for 2010, Mary Mouse. Furry Connection North 2010 will be April 9th-11th, 2010 at the same hotel: Detroit Novi Sheraton in Novi, Michigan.
